Welcome to House of Osmar. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, mobile application, and website at houseofosmar.com. By booking a service, creating an account, or using our app, you agree to these terms.

Services

House of Osmar provides professional residential cleaning services in the greater Austin, Texas area, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, Cedar Park, and surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability and our team's scheduling capacity.

Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings may be made through our mobile app, website, or by calling (512) 642-3003.
• We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of booking.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather, or staffing constraints, with as much advance notice as possible.
• You agree to provide accurate address information and ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: No charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price may apply.
• No-shows (team arrives and cannot access the property): Full service charge may apply.

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit cards, processed securely through Stripe via Housecall Pro.
• Prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before your service.
• For recurring services, your card on file will be charged after each completed clean.

Referral Program

• Our referral program offers $25 credit to both the referrer and the referred customer upon the referred customer's first completed clean.
• Credits are applied to future services and have no cash value.
• House of Osmar reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
• Abuse of the referral program, including fraudulent referrals, will result in forfeiture of all credits and possible account termination.

Access to Your Home

• You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time.
• If you provide a key, access code, or garage code, you do so at your own discretion.
• Our teams are fully vetted, background-checked, and insured. We treat your home with the utmost care and respect.
• Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items, or items of particular sentimental value before our team arrives.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your clean. We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge. We are committed to making it right.

Limitation of Liability

House of Osmar carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, not to exceed the total value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed before service.

Insurance & Bonding

House of Osmar is fully insured and bonded. All employees are covered under our general liability policy. We maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

App & Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• The app is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
