Your Protected Housekeeping Rate applies to the recurring service configuration you have when your protected rate is established.
This generally means your
- Current residence
- Current service frequency
- Current approximate home size and layout
- Current standard housekeeping scope
Material changes may require repricing
- Moving to another residence
- Substantial additions or renovations
- Increasing the serviced area
- Changing service frequency
- Materially increasing the requested scope
If a qualifying service is repriced because of a material change and the membership remains active, the newly established recurring rate may become the new protected rate.
